Anna LOVED her first Christmas!

I haven't been able to get a picture of Anna's smile but I think she knew Santa was coming and on Christmas Eve she just wouldn't stop! If only she was this happy all the time- but smiles like this make everything else worth it.

We went up to Temple Square to see the lights right before Christmas. It was cold so we kept Anna covered up most of the time. As you can see she didn't like it very much!

This was on one of our many shopping trips. Anna was quite the trooper as I dragged her around the mall the last few days before Christmas because I procrastinated really badly this year. She was pretty happy as long as the stroller was moving.
My family has a tradition of getting new pajamas on Christmas Eve. We were up at my parents house and put Anna in hers before we headed back. My brother Jake brought her the little slippers from Peru- unfortunately she wouldn't keep them on long- but they looked cute anyway. Anna's first Christmas! Anna had nothing to open because Beau wouldn't let me get her anything. That didn't really stop me- I just didn't wrap it. I felt like a bad mother that morning though but she seemed happy with a candy cane. We went up to my parents house a few hours later though and Grandma spoiled her so it all worked out!
