After my last post so many people told me that Anna looked so much older. That makes me so sad. My baby is growing up and she doesn't look so much like a baby anymore. I can't believe how fast time goes. I used to nures Anna to sleep but since I stopped I just hold her in her blankie with her binkie until she falls asleep. She does this thing where she pinches my neck- in a way that doesn't hurt - and just lays there until she falls asleep. Well a couple of weeks ago she would just lay there for like an hour and not fall asleep. This girl doensn't like to miss anything- she has always fought sleep. I started just putting her in her crib and she wouldn't even cry just fall asleep. It kind of broke my heart- like she doesn't need me anymore. I still hold her for a little while because I think I need it but now my little girl goes to sleep all by herself. As much fun as it is to watch her grow up it makes me sad too.Anna loves to build towers. It doesn't matter what it is: cups, books whatever she like to build them and knock them down. And don't you just love babies in pajamas?
Anna doesn't get people over to play very often but she has been lucky the last few days. Sydney and CJ were over yesterday so Cliff and Amber could celebrate their anniversary and was Anna in heaven. Those little girls played dress up and dolls and everything in between. They were so sweet with eachother and kept giving eachother hugs and kisses. Last Friday Creed came over for a few hours and Anna just couldn't get enough of him. The poor little guy missed his mommy and wasn't too happy about it so Anna kept trying to hug and kiss him to make him feel better. I don't think it worked. He cheered up soon after though and was a good sport about his doting cousin.
The other day I had to take the car seat out of the car when Beau went to work because my Mom and Dad were coming down and I was going out with them. I had it sitting right by the front door and I walked downstairs to find this. One of Anna's favorite places is this window and she likes to watch whats going on outside. You can't really tell from the picture but right by her feet is a drape and she had her little feet propping it open and was just sitting back watching whatever was going on outside.

Adorable! Anna is so cute Kimmie and I know what you mean about hating/loving to see them grow up and especially the night time. I love to rock my babies to sleep!
You don't know me but I am Ladd MacDonald's wife. Anna is so darling! Hopefully one day we will have another reunion and get these little girls together!
