Ouchie

When you walk out our front door you can either go right -to our car or left- to the park. Anna knows which is which and 9/10 times she heads left saying "wing, wing" for swing. The other day we were heading to a Hendershot BBQ and as usual when we headed out the door Anna went for the park. Beau and I started walking to the car and said bye Anna we are going to go see Creed. Well that turned her right around and she started running to the car a little too fast. She tripped and did a somersault- to make matters worse our driveway is gravel. It wasn't pretty. I took these pictures the day after and it looks much better than it did at first. Poor girl, at least she's still smiling. This was at the BBQ right after with her cousin Addison. She insisted on holding her hand as they walked around the backyard. I don't know what the mop is about. I didn't get any good pictures of her face- she was kind of sensitive about it. When I showed her in the mirror she looked at it for a minute and said oohhh, than she patted it and said ouchie and started crying. We are keeping her away from mirrors at the moment. But it is looking a lot better. Its amazing how fast kids heal.
